Theft cases at different zone
• Suraj Apartment – Zone III :- On 23 rd May 2005 at 1610 hours at Suraj Kund Apartment, our Security Supervisor Mr. Santosh Jha Stopped Key Maker, who was going on 23 rd floor alongwith servant of 23 rd Floor. While investigation servant told that he want to make duplicate key for one door. Security has allowed both of them but having doubt that owner of the flat on 23 rd floor is away from Mumbai. Accordingly he instructed security to have more vigilant on each servant, visitor etc.
At a round 2230 hrs above mentioned servant of 23 rd floor was going down through lift with one bag. Our security lifman Mr. Santosh Hazari checked his bag and found some note bundle inside the bag. Immediately he informed Security Supervisor. All money was recovered and culprit was handed over to Society Member.

• Goyam Jewellery - Zone V :- On 23 rd May 2005 at 2000 hrs our Security Guard Mr. Sudhakar , who deployed at Goyam Jewellery, found one of worker carrying gold in key bunch with the help of chewing gum applied on surface of key bunch. There was small gold piece in key bunch. Immediately informed to Mr. Vikram singh & other authorities of said company. While checking at workers residence it was found other gold pieces and diamond caps. Company is taking necessary further action to investigate in this matter.

c) On 24 th May 2005 at around 7.15 am, Mr. Manoj Jha & Gunjan Singh was taking round at D. P. Road . They observed 3 persons were cutting the Iron Rod at the gate near to storeroom. They have stopped their scooter & run behind those 3 culprit. They caught 1 person & remaining 2 persons run away from the spot. While investigation by under signed & others we come to know many involvement of Nahar staff. All the information share with Mr. Dahiya, GM in front of caught person. Matter was reported in police station too. Further investigation by the police with the help of our Security Officer is going on.
